Seargent: have either cb lvl 100 or 5m clan xp

Lieutenant: cb lvl 100 without summoning and 7m+ clan xp

Captain: cb lvl over 110 10m clan xp

General: shows great clan leadership and helps clan/ comes to clan activities often

Admin: BE A BOSS
