Our ranking system:
Corporal: 3 complete caps in citadel.
Sergeant: Continue to cap and recruit at least 1 member.
Lieutenant: All of the above and recruited at least 3 people.
Captain: All of the above, recruited 5 people and have proven themselves to the clan.
