Welcome to OutKasts founded November 28th 2017.  Social clan with a mixture of pvmers and skillers, open to all ages and levels,  with no requirements to join.  We have an easy and fair ranking system.  We are here to create an environment that all members can enjoy. Weekly citadel work is now required since the citadel update,  as this is fast and easy now, no mandatory events, we are keeping things simple, while enjoying the game and sharing ideas with others.  We have clan discord which we use for bossing and dung and just to communicate about anything.
