Smart Pkers has been shut down temporary. A little history:
The clan was founded by Smarte Jo when Clan Chat was implemented. The clan grew quickly and at its most had over 400 members. Smarte Jo's Friends Chat became among the biggest and strongest in Clan Wars. His captains and generals were leading it when he was offline. Unfortunately Smarte Jo quit when Clan Wars died and after his  absence Smart Pkers slowly began to decay.
