Ranking system is as follows:
0 to 999,999xp = Recruit (1 banana)
1,000,000 to 1,999,999xp = Corporal (2 banana)
2,000,000 to 3,999,999xp = Sergeant (3 banana)
4,000,000 to 7,999,999xp = Lietenant (Bronze star)
8,000,000 to 14,999,999xp = Captain (Silver star)
15m+ = General (Gold star)

Another way to be Lieutenant immediately is to be asked to be in our elite force. To be in this force you have to be a combat level of 115 or have a total level of 1500.  After you gain just 5m xp you will be promoted to general, and after 10m xp we will consider making you an admin.
