Requirements: Lvl 50 or higher and/or a member.

-Try to harvest at least 300 wood per week for the citadel

(Steps can be skipped depending on the severity of the infraction)
1. Warning
2. Secondary Warning and Demotion
3. Final Warning and Complete Demotion
4. Kicked
