We are a small clan and plan on staying that way. The Owner is a daily player so if you would like to join contact him through his friends chat which is public, he will always be in it. We don't plan any big events. There is but only 1 rule: Don't anger the Owner (He is forgiving most of the time). There are no level restrictions and its open to Free and Member players.
