Now, if you are wanting to join for rank here is how you are able to earn a rank from recruit to general:

Recruit to Corporal: Recruit 1 new member
Corporal to Sergeant: Recruit 3 new members
Sergeant to Lieutenant: Recruit 5 new members
Lieutenant to Captain: Recruit 10 new members
Captain to General: Recruit 15 members.
