Lead, not by command, but by deed. Give freely to others that they may one day be strong enough to return the favor. I will do this for you, now go and do the same for others. Be mindful not wasteful. Knowledge can have more power than gp, gold in the wrong hands is wasted but when a player knows how to spend it he will not need it nearly so much.
