In Other News: RuneHints is once again Recruiting, and we will be reopening the Citadel for those of you that wish to utilise its benefits. I will be Getting my Completionist Cape and 10 Year Veteran Cape on December 10th (8pm EST) (Dec, 11th @ 1am GMT) and hosting a party for anyone wishing to come. This will also be the Citadel reopening, and Recruiting Party.
