Formed on Saturday, 11th February 2012, Standing Out is a World 23-based clan that focuses on a number of things - Citadel, Skilling, Combat, Mini-games, and Events. We strive to be loyal and a great help to any clan members. To ensure that your time in the clan will be very enjoyable, we suggest that you read the rules before you consider joining, to save problems in the future.

All clan members are required to collect resources at the Citadel each week. If you are not sure how this works, a clan member will gladly show you the ropes. Inactive members that do not visit the citadel weekly will be kicked eventually. Exceptions can be made for this, however.
