RANKINGS:
00-08 mil clan xp Recruit
08-16 mil clan xp Corporal
16-24 mil clan xp Sergeants
24-35 mil clan xp Lieutenants
35-50 mil clan xp Captain
    50+ mil clan xp General
Other than that 2 ranks can be gained by maxing at the citadel, and getting 5 recruits for the clan will gain you 1 rank.

COMMUNICATION:
If ever needing an admin or above our prime hours of rs  are 8am-12pm eastern time, and we all use the clan chat or skype.
