We are proud to introduce to  you the Player Guild. We are one of the biggest clans in Runescape, and we are both F2P and P2P. There are absolutely no level requirements and everyone is welcome. Captain+ can kick disruptive guests (but guests are otherwise welcome). There are no compulsory events, but participating in events can help you get your rank up. Ranking is based on activeness and helpfulness within the clan community. If P2P members of our clan help out in our citadel, they have a very good chance of promotion.
