We have no rules, but guidelines, and only one ideal: freedom of expression.
We exercise a "fluid" power of authority.  Meaning that my Administrators have the exact same power that I command (apart from Owner only commands).  Bans, mutes, kicks, etc.

Overall, we encourage fun: no matter where that fun comes from.
