 Lieutenant = 2,5M xp.
 captain = 5M xp.
 General = 7M xp.
 Admin = 10M xp.
 Organiser = 15M xp.
 Coordinator = 20M xp.
 Overseer = 29M xp.
 Deputy owner = not aviable anymore. (can be changed).
