T.L.R. Mainly recruits from a Siperian and 1st Nations language base to help out with communications and general queries. It is a long standing Clan Wars cc.
9th was a strictly Celtic speakers cc, though this is now not a requirement. That said, if you are Bretton, Cymraeg, Gaeilge Gàidhlig, Galician or even lesser used Goidelic language fluent, then you are more than welcome : )
