Forever Outcast was formed by a group of long term friends. This clan is aimed at helping lower level players as well as those returning to RS.
We decided we wanted to give something back to the game and felt a lot of lower level players are over-looked and need the help we can offer, and also for players returning to RS after long time away, it's like learning all over again. With our clans help, this can be an easier transition back to RuneScape.
We offer tips and advice to clan members and guesting players. We have a steadily growing clan with all clan members wanting and willing to help.
Our clan chat is a great place to be, even for the many guests that we have - and we encourage fun at all times. You are welcome to pop into clan chat and see for yourself, feel free to contact any members for clan invite. We are always looking to expand our RS family.
We have a few simple rules:

-No scamming.
