Ranks will be xp based:
Recruit: Welcome!
Corporal: 10m
Sergeant: 25m
Lieutenant: 50m
Captain: 150m
General: 300m
Admin: 500m
Organizer+: an epic amount of xp and time spent in the clan, helping out the clan, etc.!
