Community: 50m XP gained in clan

 Lieutenant
Community: 100m XP gained in clan and 3 citadel caps or more

 Captain
Community: 200m XP gained in clan and 5 citadel caps or more

 General
Community: 300m XP gained in clan and 10 citadel caps or more

 Clan Admin
Captains may apply for admin or may be selected
