Tier 80:
• Recruit (one banana): New member
• Corporal (two bananas): 6+ months
• Sergeant (three bananas): 2+ years

Tier 90:
• Bronze Star: New member
• Silver Star: 6+ months
• Gold Star: 2+ years

Tier 95:
• Bronze Cross: New member
• Silver Cross: 6+ months
• Gold Cross: 2+ years
