Recruit: New Member
Corporal: 2,500,000 XP
Sergeant: 5,000,000 XP
Lieutenant: 15,000,000 XP

Citadel Capping Required for the Following Ranks. Failure to Comply will Result in Demotion.
Captain: 30,000,000 XP + 1 Recruits
General: 60,000,000 XP +3 Recruits
Administrator: 100M XP +  Additional 10 Active Recruits + Name Change

ALL HIGHER RANKS MUST apply and then be voted in by The Original 5.
