We base our ranking system on exp, work hard and it will pay off.
Recruit - 0 to 1m
Corporal - 1m to 3m
Sergeant - 3m to 6m
Lieutenant - 6m to 12m
Captain - 12m to 30m
General - 30m+
Admin - Will be hand picked when I see leadership potential.
