Although highly appreciated citadel work is not required, But is required for ranks Admin and above.The reason for this is higher ranks are reserved for those who are truly devoted to the clan,And if you are devoted to the clan citadel work shouldn't be a problem.
This clan is also equipped with a timeout rank,Meaning if you cause big enough of a problem you will be demoted to recruit where you cannot talk for a week to 3 months.

Ranking System
Recruit:Timeout Rank,Cannot talk.
Corporal:You will gain this rank upon entering our clan.
Sergeant:1 Million clan experience. Or 2 clan citadel caps.
Lieutenant:5 Million clan experience. Or 5 clan citadel caps.
Captain:10 Million Clan Experience. Or 10 clan citadel caps.
General:15 Million Clan Experience. Or 20 clan citadel caps.
As they are ranks of power ranks above General cannot be gained by clan experience or citadel caps.
