paid my balance

it said i had a unpaid balance i paid it and i got the email and message saying that it was received and my account was updated but it wasn't its still showing i owe the same amount. i cant find anything to help me with this is the support section

You need to message Billing Support and get them to check your account.

Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.

I do know that, sometimes, the debt amount showing isn't the full amount and that more debt is owing. Billing Support will check your account and advise you if this is the case or otherwise.

To help you visualize a bit better what Malua has so eloquently shared, this is what you have to navigate through:

1. Head to the Settle an Unpaid Balance [Click on me!] Support article. Once there, scroll all the way down to find the orange
"CONTACT US"
link/button.

2. Click on the orange
"CONTACT US"
link/button. It looks like this:


3. You will then be shown the screen below:


4. Once there, click on
"NO"
.

5. After you click on
"NO"
, you will be shown the screen below:


6. Click on
"CONTINUE"
.

7. After that, you will be shown the screen below:


8. Click on the orange
"LET US KNOW SOME DETAILS"
link/button.

9. After you click on the orange
"LET US KNOW SOME DETAILS"
link/button, you will be prompted to log in. Log into the account in question.

10. After you successfully log in, you will be shown the screen below:


11. Fill out all the required fields with the necessary information. Once you are ready, click on the yellow
"SUBMIT'
link/button. They should then get back to you within 48 hours. The response may be found in the email address entered on the form above AND inside the Message Centre of the account in question :).

In order to see if they have responded to you or not, you'd have to check your account's Message Centre. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Click on either the "
Account
" or "
My Account
" link at the top right corner of your computer screen if you are already logged in. It'd look like this:

2. Once there, you will be shown the screenshot below. Click on "Messages" to see if a response is there:

3. Any response would also be found inside the email address that you entered on the web form prior to sending them a message.
