The requirement for Bank dem Bones would be this: Wilderness Elite Diary completed. That way the hard work towards that achievement is not discounted. Plus the additional 2500 slayer points. This would unlock the rest of the world to noted bones.

Also think about this: Say they don't get the achievement diary completed, but decide to get the Leather and Loaded! perk. They would be risking much more than the equivalent of 20 dragon hides.

The Wilderness diary is the easy part. The hard part is the ongoing Risk in the Wilderness of holding noted Dragon bones & crafting Dragon hides in the case of dying to a pker.

What your suggestion does is to remove those players farming Dragons in the Wilderness & see them farming Dragons outside of the Wilderness, all for a measly sum of 2500 Slayer points.

Not necessarily, many people do not have the elite diaries completed. Granted, if you are a skiller, you may have the chance to do that. The other harder part is DS2. Yes, it is a milestone that needs to be completed. As for the slayer points, 2500 is not measly. Many people spend the points (myself included) to re-roll tasks. My current slayer level is 94, and I've only done 436 tasks. With that, my current points is 1403. I'm assuming that you are a PKer, and this is one of your ways of making money. If you have a better suggestion on the point requirements, I would like to hear it. Personally, I do not bother with going into the wildy, (unless for clues), I would rather do CoX, or Vork, or GWD for my money making.

Why should you deserve the rewards that it offers then?

If the account was Iron however, those activities yield little to no Prayer or Crafting exp, which is what this suggestion is about.

Please explain your train of thought on that.

It is simple, the player in the Wilderness with the Elite diary done that's carry noted Dragon bones & has been tanning D'hide & alching it, is still in the Wilderness carrying a small fortune that can be lost to pkers.

That Risk isn't there at all for a player that with your suggestion is camping Dragons in a safe part of the game where there isn't any PvP. They'll never die & never have to leave the spot.

The amount of Alt accounts at the Brutal black dragons should offer an insight to how this'd work.

I can understand that, however you missed one key element. This is buff pertains ONLY for slayer tasks, not a static buff. If you are not on a task, this will not allow for farming and staying at one spot and get the benefit.

So it's high requirements for high rewards, instead of high Risk for high rewards.

Why not just bury the bones, tan the leather & alch it & collect the bars?

It does honestly seem a step in the wrong direction, & it does withdraw players' from the Wilderness at some point. Sure a regular player can make more Gp at Raids ect, yet an Iron player can't sell those items on the G.E & buy a bunch of bones to race through a Gilded altar.

This is not the only high requirements for high rewards is not the only thing out there. How is this a step in the wrong direction? Anyone with sense will never bury dragon bones for exp. You will put them on a guilded alter with 2 burners, or the chaos alter in the wildy. Outside the house in Remmington has a note exchanger, as well as someone in the wilderness. Not to mention the cape vendors. Some people use slayer for profit. When you get higher slayer levels, you can easily have 1M+ tasks. The fraction of people being taken out of the wilderness would be negligible In all honesty, the wilderness isn't too rich of a place to pick up good loot. It was designed for people to kill others. Every solo boss has a recovery, from Vorkath to the Kracken. The only ones that don't are wilderness bosses.

Also keep in mind, not everyone plays Ironman. That is a great thing that OSRS created for people, but it is not suited for all people.

This suggestion is to help streamline the slayer tasks and make things more efficient.
