He/she/it is canon, the question is has anyone else used their services?

There was a rumour once that Princesses Alice of Treasure Hunter was really Prince Anlaf looking for a new way to seize the throne. Or to just run way from it all. I mean what kind of assassins would look for Prince Anlaf as a Princess in a Runescape game show?:P

That would be an interesting place to hide, given that Alice might not be considered 'lore'.

Then again, Yelps wasn't considered 'lore' either until The Mighty Fall. So it's possible Alice might end up being lore, too. For now, though, she's just the mascot for Treasure Hunter who rarely speaks to us and has a vague backstory about being bored royalty. Whether she truly has any connection to any established Gielinor royal families has yet to be seen.

A very good question. And this might lead to questions about just what the Makeover Mage's ethics are. Is the Mage picky about his/her clients? If a client is a wanted fugitive from justice, would the Mage help them or turn them in?

Of course, in our case, very few people even notice or care if we change skin color or gender, or any other aspect of our appearances. They just use different pronouns or titles (sir/madam/ma'am, man/woman, milord/milady, young man/young lady, etcetera) so either their memories are affected by our change or it's no big deal to them.
