Some FAQs for our April 2016 NXT Screenshot competition. Please add any further questions you have as comments below.
What is the competition and how can I enter?
Our new Game Client, NXT has been released! And we want your screenshots or videos to showcase the awesomeness of what it can offer.
Simply grab a screenshot of you in-game in your favourite place with NXT, or capture a GIF or video, send us the it, either by sharing it on Twitter, Facebook, Vine, Instagram or YouTube with the hashtags #RSNXT and #RuneScapeAt15 and you’ll be entered into our draw!
You can also submit entries via email to competitions@jagex.com. Please use the subject ‘NXT competition’, send us a link to your video/image, and provide us with your in-game character name. Videos/Vines/GIFs can be submitted via email as well - just send us a link to your video!
Submit as many entries as you like!
When is the deadline for entries?
Entries close at 23.59 BST on Sunday May 1st, 2016.
What are the prizes?
First prize is 3 months’ free membership and an amazing life-sized Crystal Halberd, made from carbon fibre foam, to celebrate 15 years of RuneScape.

The prize is still in production, but here's a picture of the Dragonfire Shield we gave away in December to whet your appetite!
3 lucky runners-up will receive a month’s membership.
How will we choose a winner, and how will that winner be contacted?
Our winner will be chosen by the quality of their submitted entry, as well as showing RuneScape through a new lens.
Think about your location, the backdrop, your character's location (if, indeed, you want your character in it at all!), and whether you'd like to submit a still image, or a video.
We will not allow images to be edited (barring cropping); but videos can have accompanying music and text. Game capture cannot be edited though. You might want to think about using the Orb of Oculus!
The winner will be contacted through their in-game inbox, as well as through their method of entry (i.e. a winner who submits their prize on Twitter would be contacted via DM, and so on).
You will have 7 days to claim your prize. If it is not claimed, another winner will be chosen.
