I have few names of lurers/botters, where could i possibly report them?
Something like tipoff@jagex.com. I'm sure someone will provide the correct address if it's wrong.

That is indeed the correct email address. :)

Just remember that it's a no-reply email.

A 'no reply email' is an email address you use to send out mails, but that isn't monitored for incoming mails. This isn't a "no reply address", this is just Jagex not replying to those mails...

Who are you guys trying to fool by saying things like this, implying that you care about the game's integrity, while at the same time you sell Treasure Hunter keys and bonds, which can be used to buy items and "success" in the game?

Real World Trading in any form threatens Jagex' claims that random rewards in the game are not legally a form of gambling.

Bots and gold sellers threaten Jagex' profitability.

They also do threaten the integrity of the game, and since players care about that, this point was also mentioned. Whether or not Jagex actually cares about it, it's still true that those things also threaten the integrity of the game.

Treasure Hunter stars and lamps, though, average out. Sure, you could buy a lot of TH keys and get more free XP... or, more efficiently, you could buy bonds and sell them to get Runescape gold. Bonds are unfortunate, but by competing with unsafe gold sellers, it helps to drive them out of business. TH adds some fun and excitement to the game, and I don't believe it's a serious threat to the game's integrity.

However, all these events, all these ways of getting free XP, do, in my opinion, show something is wrong. Too much grinding, making the game addictive but not fun, instead of a game that's fun to play whatever your level is, so that people can take going up levels in stride and casually. However, given the popularity of OSRS, many people seem to feel that grinding is what RuneScape is, and should be, all about, so I don't know what to suggest.

"Plus, all those who buy items and success devalue the achievements of legitimate players."

Jagex finally admits that if you buy bonds or Treasure Hunter keys for real money, you're not a legitimate player.

Don't shoot the messenger. Jagex themselves state that tipoff@jagex.com is a no-reply email address on their various social media accounts and channels

But the precise definition is irrelevant. Incoming emails won't be responded to, hence my word of warning to the poster in question.

Yeah exactly, I personally felt tipoff is useless, and remains un-attended

Just a reminder that RS is fing old, and phones are not PCs.
But thanks for FINALLY! FINALLY responding to us on this issue.
It's just too bad you didn't fix this back when it mattered to US.
-None playing and there is nothing you can do but take advantage of the bots for as long as you can now...
If you wipe them out again, they may not return.

Just stop trying.

I'm glad you guys are working on cases against these gold sellers!
They put a big hole in the community, and economy of runescape!
