With most skills now having at least a base skilling outfit its about time the lumberjack outfit was easier to obtain.
At present it the odds are stacked against you with a chance of 61/2850(cite wiki/jMod) for getting the event to spawn on the hard path of temple trekking and been able to kill the undead lumberjack in order to obtain a piece of clothing.
I think the lumberjack outfit should become the reward outfit unlocked for doing temple trekking instead of the construction grab, you would still need to gain the 400lvs on the companions to unlock the full outfit but it removes the massive rng associated with the outfit for trekking back and forth between the two points also you could add lumberjack gloves to make the set 5 pieces instead of 4
The construction garb could then be moved to the monthly D&D of god statues as a more in keeping event, of course i can see the issue with this been that it would then take 6 months of doing statues to unlock the full outfit plus the chisel however this could be balanced in a so you get 1 piece for doing the all the statues as a guarantee but also stand a 50/50 chance of getting another piece while doing each statue individually
