Fmods already commented on these people deliberately posting in the wrong RS3/OSRS forums to divide the community.
You seem to have misinterpreted Tuffty's post, as he said "if they exist, Jagex will handle it." They don't exist, so there's nothing for Jagex to handle. As you said, Jagex has done nothing, which is exactly why the forums are clean - because it's a fictitious issue you made up so you could argue strawmen.

Why do you keep arguing about a "fiction" that doesn't concern you? Can you please leave this thread to the players who have concerns.
If you have "concerns" for people deliberately misposting, then this isn't the thread to post about it.

It certainly is, otherwise you won't see a Jmod and a Fmod replying in regard to this concern. And the more important thing is by replying to this concern, Jmods and Fmods are showing us... or at least me... they are aware and think FH and FMR will help us to help themselves. ;)

I appreciate the Jmod and Fmod who did the right thing to show us they are aware and willing to help, instead of ignoring the issue.

So please do continue to file proper reports to FH /FMR and let Moderators deal with the issue properly rather than follow suggestions that only will segregate us more and more.

I'll certainly use FH/FMR if Jmods/Fmods continue their good efforts in handling wrongly placed OSRS threads.

In case if you still don't realize, I think if the Mods keep going this way, I don't think we need any more suggestions and this thread at all. My "suggestions" are just fall back suggestions if somehow the mods stop to do the job effectively.

This thread sure has heated up....

So let me say this again. If People post in the wrong section to cause upset or disruption then they will either have the thread locked or have it moved to a better suited section. Each section of the game has a forum section and yes at times people are confused where to post. These issues are easy to fix. We just move the threads. If on the other hand people post to cause a rift between both games then depending on the content action could be taken. Meaning a lock or move or a review to Jagex.

Lets not worry about misplaced threads as Forum Help can fix that in a few mins. It's that simple.

It's not the end of the world seeing a misplaced thread. So worry not and if you need to report it feel free to do so. F-Mods will be more then happy to move it. Totally free of charge too. ;)

. Only rancid, vile creatures call others rancid, vile creatures!
Linking to threads that already answer a question is flaming/off-topic.
Quoting other comments is against the rules and will see your post hidden.

Yes, very good idea to hand trouble makers over to Jmods... but other harmless threads in the wrong RS3/OSRS forums can be handled normally just with FH. :)

Some ... , I mean 'some' of the misplaced threads could have been posted as 'BAIT' for quite a number of WBM's who have spoiled The RSOF for years taking the friendly atmosphere down, down to become a graveyard.
And indeed many of these WBM's do bite every single moment something could have been classified as out of synch with how they (WBM's) they like The RSOF to be, should be in their point of view.

Maybe it is time to round up a great deal of these WBM's who are also busy in OSRS Forums and move them out of the door. ;););)
