Question regarding clue scroll

If I have an Elite + Hard clue scroll in my bank, will I roll another item on the tertiary drop table which increases my odds for another drop?

For example, I kill alchemical hydra -> rolls an elite clue -> player already has one -> roll Ikkle Hydra instead.

I'll answer this question if 3PC get banned. I would much rather anyone PK in game than do so irl. If you wanna get it out, do it on an online platform please. I don't want anyone getting harmed physically. :(
