T6 seems to be mortals who were given their divine power by gods.

T7 is divine entities created purely from divine energy and nothing else.
You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?

Not entirely true when it comes to Seren and Zaros.

I said gods, not elder gods :P

Races without afterlives have been shown to be capable of raising the dead. Including the actual god Zamorak.

There is seemingly nothing stopping a god or other divine being from being in the underworld, since we've seen Gielinor and Sliske there.

Actually .... you might be off on that ...

Sardomin was only able to revive the repeatedly dead using the Wand of Resurrection. (Referring to Sir Owen in DoC).
Zamorak's ability wasn't all that different from what Lucien, Zemo, and Sliske could do: converting the living into wights or re-reraising them after they were dead. Converting someone (or someone mostly dead) into a wight might simply be an extension of necromancy, no so much "godly power". In addition, the conditions in which the truly dead were "brought back" was rarely in a form of the person's original character. Usually, they were nothing more than an animated husk ...

Well Saradomin isn't a necromancer, so obviously he would need the wand.

The rest of what you said is in agreement with my own thoughts, I was responding to Snake Bearer speculating that gods are normally barred from doing anything related to the Underworld at all due to their lack of an afterlife, which is false.
