OSRS client not working!!

My OSRS client doesn't seem to be working,every time i try to open it gives me this message:
JagexLauncher.exe has stopped working
i tried fixing it with the setup wizard but it doesn't even show the error message
i tried running it as administrator but still the same problem
please help,i have been struggling with this issue

Press the Windows key + R and type notepad and hit ENTER.
Copy paste the following into Notepad
and then press CTRL+S to save it as deletecache.bat

Restart your PC to make sure the game files are not being used.
Now right click the deletecache.bat file you made and run it as an administrator.
Once you've received the completed message, try launching the game.
