Hi folks, I recently got a new phone and want to move my authenticator to it. I can't send emails from Jagex to my linked email account, however.

Is there a way to authenticate transfer of the code generation from one phone to another?

No, you can't transfer the code generation across to another phone.
You have to disable then set it up on the new phone.

If your current linked email is not receiving the 'disable Authenticator' emails, try working through the points in the Not receiving emails support page.
Then try sending the 'disable Authenticator' email again.

If the email still won't arrive, put through a change of linked email to another (Gmail preferred).
Instructions: Changing your registered email
Then try sending the 'disable Authenticator' email again.

If you cannot change the linked email, the last resort is to do a 'recovery' on your Runescape account to force a change of email.
After recovering your account, try sending the 'disable Authenticator' email again.
