My registered email address has been hacked, I don’t want to loose my account from this. My log in information is the same , my pass is still the same I just want to secure my account I tried I don’t have access to this email address but I Just get denied every time please help

Have you tried to recover access to the email?
Recovering the email (and securing it) might be a simpler option than going through the Runescape system to get it changed when you don't have access to it.

If you have been unable to recover access to your email in order to secure it, you will need to do a 'recovery' on your Runescape account and get the registered email changed to another.

Go to the Changing your registered email support page and follow the instructions under "Don't have access to the registered email?"

If you need to recover your account, it involves providing enough information to prove that you created it.
Jagex need this proof before they will make any changes for you.

The thing is I don’t need to recover my RuneScape account, I lost access to my registered email, so now I can’t change my password. Every time I try something about my email you guys think I’m trying to recover my rs account but no I’m trying to change my email registration so I can get email about my account.

The only reason you need to fill out the recovery form is because you don't have access to the current registered email.

Email registration changes are normally done with access to the email.
If you don't have access, you need to do a recovery.

This is because you need to prove to Jagex that YOU are the true owner (and creator) of your Runescape account.
Jagex will only make changes if the application comes from the account owner.
