The RuneScape client suffered from an error during graphics initialisation
This could be due to graphics driver issues and may be improved by switching graphics mode or updating drivers.
You are currently using the Normal Mode graphics mode. Would you like to switch to Compatibility Mode instead?
this window has been popping up on me for a few months now. One day I was enjoying runescape and the next day this window appeared switching to compatability mode makes the game run but is completely unplayable due to severe lagging issues such as clicking a rock to mine and by the time the screen catches up ive already gotten though 4 or so swings of the pickaxe judging by the items appeaing inventory.
uninstalling and reinstalling no change
no caches to be found so cant delete
recently factory reset computer and still same issue.
research online only possible solution was deleting caches which cant be found or just arent there due to the game never been run after reset so until I get a response here it looks like I can't play.
