hi, I purchased membership for my account yesterday and it still says "attempting payment" on my accounts information. I got a message from jagex saying they had received my payment and upgraded my account but when i log into the game my account doesnt have the membership (playing osrs btw). Anything I could do?
What display name is the email from Jagex addressed to? The display name in the email is the display name of the account that received the membership. If it isn't the right display name, it means you were logged in to the wrong account at the time you bought membership.
The relevant support page is: Bought membership on the wrong account The 'Transfer Membership' contact button on that page can be used to navigate through to a form to message Billing Support.
I did check that and it says its added to the right account. Even when I go to the billing page and to "manage by account" it says that i have an active membership. And its still saying attempring payment.
