Okay so i purchased osrs bonds last wednesday night through the option in the bond pouch while paying. I purchased ours bonds x3 and it appeared in my bank statement. After wondering where they were for 4 days, and no luck getting a response from Jagex, I was finally told they went to my rs3 account (weird because it showed as ours in my bank). Anyways, it took them 2 days to respond saying they switched them. Logged in to find they were gone from my rs3 character and I have zero bonds on my ours account. Yes, I've checked everywhere including my bank, clicked empty all the pouches but it says I have none and the balance shows zero. It's been over a week now, Jagex was taking 2 days to respond and have stopped responding since Tuesday morning. Very annoyed and disappointed with their lack of support. Their support page, and twitter which i made to try to get help, send you to prompts with nowhere to get a hold of someone. Should I dispute the charge? Nobody will help me out and all my friends have never had these problems. Sorry for the length, I'm pretty upset right now lol.

Edit: posted this multiple places just looking for guidance. all of the "ours" should be osrs

it was from Jagex support. Told me they fixed it monday. Have not answered since. I just kept getting responses from mods then after I told them its not fixed they stopped responding. Still don't have my bonds in ours or rs3.
