So i got membership about 3 days ago and was playing all of today, just get back on about a hour later and i get a email about it getting canceled. Now I'm not sure how to either get my money back or get my membership back.
Did you buy the membership through the Google Play app? Did you later cancel it to stop the auto renew? (you might or might not have done this) The issue you have posted about is a known problem.
To notify Billing Support use the Unknown transaction support page. Navigation on that page: Contact Us -> No -> Let us know some details This navigation will take you to a message form to fill out to message Billing Support.
This just happened to me too, I wonder if its related. I went through google pay but my bank account shows that it processed, so there is no reason it should've been canceled. Even so, now that it is canceled will I get refunded or credited the 31 days?! I followed the steps above, so I'm looking forward to getting this sorted out.
