Last I heard they planned to apply the fix "later this month". It may mean tomorrow or a week after tomorrow.

What's your source dilbert??

I check the patch notes and news almost daily and have no seen jagex talk about this bug one time.

This is bug affecting CORE GAMEPLAY, and they are taking 4+ weeks to fix it?
This is insanity.

That's from Reddit. Nothing I can add to this issue not from a recent game update, other than just file a bug report if you haven't.

I don't use reddit, Jagex should say something about this issue on one of their official platforms.

and I filed bug reports (and encouraged others to do so) on DAY ONE of this bug, that was 3 weeks ago.

It's pretty clear that jagex doesn't care about this issue at all, or they aren't taking it very seriously. It should have been fixed after 1 week, because as I said this affects core gameplay, it's not a small issue like you pretend it is.

As I mentioned, I think they mentioned "later this month" and this month isn't over yet.

There's been no statement regarding this issue on any OFFICIAL RUNESCAPE PLATFORMS.

So I can't take your word for it that it will be fixed ""later this month""

I don't ask you to "take my words" or don't. I am just a reporter. :)

"FWIW, one of my colleagues asked an engine developer about hitboxes this morning. Here's the verbatim response:

"920-2 had some changes to make picking better on things with large triangles (like the collision meshes for the vine bridge shortcuts in anachronia), but it had the side-effect of making picking on very small triangles less precise.

Should be fixed in 921-1"

921-1 engine release is currently scheduled for "late this month".

(As always, any statements referencing future, present and occasionally past events are highly subject to change, so please don't take this as an official confirmation.

In fact, if you could go ahead and pretend I didn't say anything, and also pretend that I didn't big-bada-boom Reaper for a week, that'd be grayyyyt.)"
