Oh yes the emails are genuine. Theyre billing confirmation emails with the correct display name and purchase information. I just want them to be sent to my current email address and was wondering if I had missed a setting somewhere.
Years ago a player making a purchase could nominate a paying email which was not the registered email. I didn't think this could still be done as I thought all payment confirmation emails automatically went to the registered email.
I think the only way to change where that email goes is to set up a new payment plan (new membership) to override and cancel the previous subscription.
As email addresses are shown as e.g. w*******@g****.com is there a possibility that your two emails are very similar and the email hint is disguising that you still have the old email registered on your account?

I've had the same payment card on there for years and only re-entered the CVV when starting a new subscription. It was using the email that I provided when I first set the payment method up.
