my email address is bugged every time i send Lost your Authenticator? it takes more then 1 hour to get to my email and then when i get the email it say [SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE] Disable Authenticator . when i press the link it say link is expired i got all the info for my account .
btw its not this one if there is a way to talk to mods i can provide the info

It sounds like your email provider is treating the disable Auth email as spam and is delaying it.
The expired message is showing because you haven't been able to click on the verify link in the email soon enough.

There are only two ways to handle this:
1. keep trying to get that email delivered quicker. Try some of the tips on the Not receiving emails support page.
2. force a change of registered email to a different email. This can only be done via an account recovery.

There is no live support on this website.
Instead Jagex provide webforms for players to fill out and those webforms get responded to within 24-48 hours. An issue like the one you have will be responded to within 24 hours.

If point 1. I mentioned above has not worked, the only option becomes point 2.
Point 2. is doing a 'recovery' on your Runescape account to force a change of registered email.
You would need to submit an email from a different provider to the one you use currently. Personally, I recommend Gmail as it is the least problematic when it comes to receiving Jagex emails.

To succeed at account recovery, you need to prove that YOU created the account.
This means providing as much information about the creation of the account as you can recall then, backing it up with any other information you would like to provide.

To start a recovery, head to the Changing your registered email support page and follow the instructions under "Don't have access to the registered email?"
