It sounds like your mobile is locked on to a new account and not allowing you to login to one of your existing accounts.

All the imgur ny8UcyO loads is "The image you are requesting does not exist or is no longer available".
Try posting the full URL instead.

Thank you, the image worked.
You have titled the imgur 'Pressing continue with RS account'.
Instead you need to click on the 'Continue with Game Centre' button.
Set a display name, get into the game and do tutorial then use account management to set a login email and, finally, fully log out of that account.
Fully logging out means clicking to logout and confirming that 'Yes' you do want to fully log out.
For more explanation, the instructions about how to set a login email on that unwanted account are accessed by clicking the 'Game Centre' link on the Why can't I log in to the correct account on mobile? support page.
Once you are fully logged out, you should be able to log in to one of your other accounts on your mobile.

Full mobile logout process from in-game:
Click 'door' icon
Click on the 'Tap here to logout' button
Click on the 'Sign out' button
Click on the 'Yes' button
Are you doing ALL the above?
So, to repeat everything:
Click on 'Continue with Game Centre' and enter the game
It doesn't matter that the account already has a display name now.
If you haven't done Tutorial, complete it and enter the game fully.
Access the 'Account Management' menu from in-game.
Set a login email and password (you said above you have already done this).
Make sure you have verified the email address by clicking on the link Jagex sends you.
Head back into the game and fully log out as per the instructions I posted.
Please try this again as the critical part is the full log out.
After the full log out, you should be able to use the 'Continue with RuneScape account' button and log into any account you want from the mobile.

So the issue is resolved?
Have you been away from home for the past three weeks?
And this has been happening the whole time you were away but, now you are back home it is sorted?
If so, there may be something linked to the location change that has precipitated the problem e.g. phone data vs. wi-fi access.
