Well for starters alchables and especially the spring cleaner add way more cash to the game than anything else. Second: it will take 119 farming, currently there are "only" 4k people with 120 farming, the amount won't be that substantial.

Alching does not add gp.
Go sell ur rune items at the correct stores and get the same gp. And save a nature rune.
Alching cost a nature rune. And does not add gp at all.Skillet? Skill no.

Is this accurate? Can you actually sell items to stores for alch value?
Used to be able to.. Used to be that ya sell rune swords to sword shop for 12480 or whatever it was, and alch for same amount. And low alch was like selling to general.
Not 100% sure nowadays. Haven't alched in a very long time.
My opinion has always been that high alch DOES NOT add gp to the game.Skillet? Skill no.
So much moot.

It's a spell that literally deletes the item and replaces it with X gp.
Technically speaking, stores generate it the same way with the trade-off that the rate you get is garbage.
I like the concept of the Money Tree as long as its a very rare item and the rewards aren't outrageously high, everything should be perfectly fine; inflation should not be a big deal with this one. I think Jagex has learned to really watch their updates when it comes to items that add GP to the game - they know how to balance it out better nowadays.
It might add a nice goal to head for while Farming, or give people even more reason to get their level up and get a nice looking tree. I know I want one already, but I've got a lot more Farming to do!
