Deva Surya its basicly a never cause rs3 has rest and that alone is over power

Oh no - you could press a button and wait a bit rather than having to do nothing and wait a lot. Jeeeez! Or well you could sip a stamina potion in either game.

well I wouldn't say it would take a while and it also depends on your agility level. u can easily gt to 0-100 rest within seconds depending on your agility. also its very expensive to buy stuff on ge. DeBOMBs11

I mean - resting was introduced in RS2 because the system still in place for OS brutally sucked - it doesn't really feel good without having gained a few dozens agility levels first. And still in RS3 (which had stamina regeneration increased at some point once more) you sometimes could be forced to rest - it's certainly not that usual, but it can happen even at 99 with lightweight equipment (i.e. for treasure trails)

But no matter what, OS has a better flow to level agility (except for the first few levels (the burthope course was a massive relieve for new players, which OS doesn't have after all) and the high levelled stuff)

But taking the recommended training methods for RS3 now:

1-18 gnome stronghold (Burthope is a bit worse, but it's so much easier to reach in the beginning - but hey it's fine to reward players who actually go to the gnomes)
18-30 watch tower shortcut
30-65 anachronia segments (with clockwork suits, barbarian course and ape atoll mentioned as alternatives when they become available)
52+ Wilderness - who can bother with the potential of griefers should have the best xp rates (alternatives would be clockwork suits, anachronia and ape atoll yet again)
77+ Hefin course, but that one should be overshadowed again by anachronia as soon as the full course becomes available

The courses and activities unmentioned are the agility arena (which would need a lot of QoL improvements and buffs to be able to become viable), skullball, the agility pyramid, penguins (which was buffed a couple of years ago actually), werewolf (which was buffed in OS - that should be proof enough that this thing just is useless), bandos, dorgesh-kaan and those two advanced courses. If those courses could be buffed to become viable so players wouldn't be forced to use the same activity of tons of levels we would have achieved a lot already - but my point is: The courses are there, they just need to be made viable (at least for a few levels).

I've been wondering about this subject forever! It would be so much fun training Agility on various roofs across RS3 as well.

All surfaces should be climbable in the game by now. Led me descend the depths of Elf City by abseiling down its piers!
