Charge pack out of power

What do I need to solve the message "Your charge pack has run out of power and you are not longer gaining the benefits from your augmented equipment"? I charged 10 Divine Charges and added them to my charge pack. My current pack is at 73,466 But I still get this message. Honi soit qui mal y pense

What are you wearing? Some high-level armours (the ones you have to augment on a workbench) have their own charge packs.

10 divine charges wont last long either when it does get sorted 200m all on 7/3/19

Only a Hammertron. I had the problem yesterday. And I seem to not get the message any more. Maybe Runescape needed some time to adjust. Honi soit qui mal y pense
