I just experienced the same thing. It seams that they have changed it.
Now it is called Activity Tracker and it works horrible.
You can't click on it to get to your next challenge like before and It is not as resizable as the old one. (edit: you can click on it and then click on a challenges button which then goes to challenges.)
I had it in the perfect place for my setup when I want to do my challenges but Activity Tracker wont fit in the spot I had it. It's too wide and wont go any smaller which doesn't make sense because it has less info on it.
Once again they break what is not broken.
I found you can make it smaller if you add other interfaces with in making tabs, however, when you click on the tracker it resizes bigger and then overlaps any other interface that is next to it. It doesn't move like a interface that is too big would normally do, they overlapped.

It's RS3 Mobile fault. Here it is in the News article
Activity Tracker The activity tracker will replace the old achievement tracker, which was clunkier than we needed it to be. We hope that the new activity tracker will make, well, keeping track of activities an easier task.
The new activity tracker lets you track up to 5 different goals at the same time. These goals might be quests, progress towards an achievement, DnDs, daily challenges, or steps on achievement paths ľ more on those later.
They need to make it so it can be resized smaller like the other windows.

Nice (and all) but when I do the daily task I see only the progress bar and not the number of items done. I usually do the construction daily task and use the butler to fetch items. I would like the number of units left before sending the butler for the last planks.
