I witnessed less than 8 hours ago a player near Balthazaar training 10 alts on dummies to get 150 total. The requirement is useless and ineffective. I would suggest at least a total level of 500 with 50 quest points and at least 10 times to have played and completed The Circus D&D. This would prove difficult to have to build 100 alts to one player like they do.
It's a joke to see in the first minute of reset 70k tickets already entered when there are less than 20k active users.

The raffle problem is the same as the trolls who make bonfires to lag worlds. If you wanna get rid of them, do more harsh stuff.
I bring you your last Xmas

Raffle is also avaiable to free players, which the circus is not. Freeplayers may not even have 50 quest points available to them -not sure- because the hardest quest- dragon slayer requires 33. Circus is also weekly, and without reset tickets, you are asking the account be at least 10 weeks old. For players just finding RS for the very first time, this is an awful expectation because they would not be eligible til almost Christmas at this point.

To post on the rs forums it requires 300 total levels, which isn't a cakewalk but isn't super hard. The reality is, there is no one size fits all requirement, especially because seasoned veterans will always be able to train quickly, and the rich in rl can just buy keys for xp.

10 circuses is a terrible req, i think a lot of people won't have that. And especially if you force that as a quick change to affect the current raffle, it'll be even more BS because the all of a sudden removes a large amount of the playerbase. "Itnachos11" FC is a friends chat for PCing nothing because you're not allowed in.

I hava a F2P account and it is not allowed to participate in the raffle.

Oh, I thought they could. Well that alone narrows the playerbase, too!
