I personally think the name issue is minor compared to all the rest of the dominoes falling; anti gold farming measures that cripple new accounts, dead content that "new" players might want to try but it's dead content....etc and etc you know the list of their failures, no need for me to list everything.

They have a high chance for negative review bombing but a legit one lmao

Disclaimer: I am not going to review bomb Jagex, i value my steam/runescape accounts but lets be honest with each other, someone else will do it, given the shit they pulled on us.....

Nerf$cape, Everything has consequences, they played their cards and lied, they chose their path....

Bots and gold farming affects the INTEGRITY of a game. Anti gold farming measures don't cripple new accounts and only show RS3 is a respectful game.

New players should have not played RS3 before. Everything is new to them, there is no dead content.

Negative review bombs? Only high quality games have been receiving this kind of noble treatment on Steam. And you know what? It won't hurt their games being "bombed" at all. :D

The method jagex did for their anti, does in fact impact new accounts(blocked from ge), and jagex nerfed all the items in game that crashed botters for hours lol.(clan vex/dom marker/cannons) <---those that complained had no idea how to right click....bc they were botters who had a viewing of their screen.

I'v froze someone for 4 hours + and later i returned they were moving again and as soon you froze them again "Do you mind hopping instead of crashing me?".....oh and that person was never banned.....I noted down over 1300 names no lie lol, and i only hopped worlds at dragons/pure ess places and red chins for maybe 3-4 hours and checked back few hours later 90% were still stuck lmao.

But jagex loves to nerf stuff without analyzing the facts;

1. A new player needs to visit the grand exchange within 1 hour to buy new hatchets etc or to sell hides/bones/oak logs to get coins to get stuff from shops etc. All depends on playstyle, when i started OSRS, I was at grand exchange on site to view supply and demand on herb ingredients and how am i to sell these items if i'm blocked from ge? world 1/2 are scammer palaces reason ge was added.

Jagex's Welcome to new players based on actions they took -

Hello welcome to runescape to prove your not a gold farmer we are blocking you from the grand exchange instead of limiting the amount you can sell to help you get by, we think you can just use spawned items until you get those quest pts :P

^I know Jagex knows nothing about efficiency anymore.....that's why they think we do low tier stuff for 99s/120s it's sad really...

Put down 5 cards, each one has a solution, remove the RNG and show jagex all the 5 cards, they will pick the worst one each time :(

^I used to be shocked when jagex did a bad update/failed to fix something but now it's a stacking issue that's piling up and the higher it gets the more likely it is to fall over like dominoes....

Integrity is more important than head count. Isn't it a good thing all the GE bots are gone? :)

Besides, this "anti-gold farming measures" are sometimes more like ways to antic players to buy membership.

Yes, but instead of blocking someone fully they could have limited slots and set number of items can be sold until they get the unlock reqs. Would have the same effect in regards to gold farmers prevention. But Jagex honestly never thinks about the aftermath of their choices.

Like i stated i was at GE in OSRS within 30mins to buy new hatchets when i was power leveling WC/FM/Fletch, don't think new players should be locked out of how we now trade items, a sell/buy limit thats low is good enough. <---yeah that still sucks but still can maybe sell 200-300 cow hides to get some items or use the bonds GP to buy items if you don't want to kill cows.

Give jagex 5 cards and save the RNG and just show them the cards, they will pick the worst possible card(choice) out of all of them lmao, but i never did say Jagex was smart, solid fixes/updates require you to trace all issues that could happen from said change and all effected things altared properly or abandon the idea if you think it's too much work<--they do it anyways and break 100 things.....

^what i'm trying to point out, is Jagex sucks at making good choices hence why nothing gets fixed as they tip the dominoes over by not following proper design skills.

But maybe people just overall suck at choice making now a days, it's like covid 19, it's a test since we cause so much population, many ways to fix it, but less profit for those who cause it. $$$ vs life and they failed to close airports fast enough(was a choice) now we stand to lose 10x more, i don't lie but it would be over by now if such decisions were made.

^not unrelated, everything is about choices, sadly i know all the cards for the above but i'm only one person stakes are high. :(

^ also i don't know of a cure, my statement kinda gives an impression i do. All i know is chances of cards being placed vs chances they back fire up to 200+ years out and that this world has a soul of its own and we pissed it off, and messages aren't free sadly reason many died just to cause world wide lockdowns to prove how long it would take to lower pollution.

If I, (one person) can find flaws in everyone's mistakes from last 800 years and found fixes for them but i'm only one person so odds of them being fixed along with dealing with corruptionists is dicy, i'm sure Jagex being 4+ people can figure out flaws in a video game.........it's like solving a maze backwards, what flaws can happen from a change and the percent of something bad happening. <---simple just follow it back to the finish line :P

But...does Jagex fail on fixes by mistake? or do they do it to save money? <---worlds trending problem, no one wants to do things properly as it's not as profitable. <---take that one to the bank.

If you look at how many OSRS bots, spammers and scammers at GE, you should realize it is a wise choice to limit the trading freedom of free players.

Free bots can remake themselves numerous times in OSRS but when you make them pay for membership to engage in full capacity trading in RS3, they are far more unlikely to bot.
