ok title seems strange i know but let me explain, has a skiller i limit myself on what i can do however certain quests can be done by deathtouched darts which i have, here is my suggestion for example family crest requires 59 magic, put an option where you donate gp towards a charity to cancel the requirement. i am not saying every quest however the ones which dont really effect storylines.

you are correct i do limit myself and that is why i am willing to pay money to a good cause, the way in life you got to give something before you get something back, its not like i am asking it for free.

No.
You choose to limit yourself, bear the consequences of it.

I agree with this stance.

Currently, playing as a skiller is unsupported by Jagex, even though they have shown considerable leeway in the past. But the point is, you admit that you have imposed this limitation on yourself, but you don't appear to have fully accepted the consequences.

Secondly, how will Jagex decide what quests are important and which are not? Surely that's a matter of opinion? Family Crest is required for several important quests later down the line - I'd say it was fairly important and has an impact on some major storylines.
